To john or A Great gm

Alright so, the day starts off i get 7k snow. KILLING my 250m and 300k nx. Remaining me with 13m and little nx.
Then i go to the hat seller. I lose my 7k snow without getting the hat. i get screenshots and stuff upload it

So i go get help from lei. He says go to hugo. He looks at the screen shot and is about to give me it. Then he says No im not giving u. Since your equip was full im not giving u, you should know. HOW SHOULD I KNOW? its not a rule or anything. He said he told everyone about that Didnt tell me till now. Did he? and Lei just tells me to go out. Leaving me wanting to quit with no mesos or nx. Please if John you happen to see this...helps plox? =/. Not taking Negative comments Only positive and im accepting answers too.

In total i havent played for 1 week and 2 days. My character gets bugged. And i get bugged from a item. I still countiue to try.

In the SS we can't really see if you did get it and wanted to "scam" a GM lol

But I know you from the guild and it would be stupid to hide something from a GM, as they can always check if you have one. I made the same full-equip mistake several times at fitness test

This happened cause u had full inventory. There's no other explanations for this to happen. It's our own fault. Gm's wont give you the hat because u made a mistake. :3 Im sorry~ Its just a policy here.

Well It was both a complaint and need of help.
