Error code help! Empty Error code help!

Um can anyone help me with this problem? I've downloaded a MapleStory v75, I have a folder for it, and I downloaded the Magical Impact client, and I put it in the folder. When I try to run the client I get a notice saying "Error code: -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002). Can anyone please explain what I must do to fix this because I really wanna play this server >_<. Thanks.
