I am very Confused

I am very confused on who is admin and who is just a regular GM because when i ask help from a GM they say wait for admin then when i ask help from Admin they say wait for lei idk who is in power please explain

That's true, everyone cannot know everones nicknames. Did you ask "Who is lei?". When I started this server I didn't know who was the owner either, but I figured it out quite soon. Lei = junior in-game.
