This is a problem with Windows Vista users.

Click Start then go to all programs > accessories > command prompt
If you get the Error code10093 Untitled

Right click command prompt and click 'run as administrator'.
If you get the Error code10093 Untitled1

On the command prompt box type: netsh winsock reset
If you get the Error code10093 Untitled3

***Press enter and restart your computer***.
