Im positive player and i have been active I help others best as i can. I would be active and make lots of event :'D And help players to solve problems
And yea. Im bored to just sit in Fm and train. I would make this maple a good place. I wouldnt be one of those corrupted Gm's which gives items to friends :3 I would take my job with dignity and honest. And im not very angry person usually. I wont get mad easily~ So no wrongly banned peeps. :3

Wtf. I cant remember the names D: But Xeru had one. I was a gm/admin there.

How do you catch/approach a hacker, and what would your actions be?:
SS and look a bit around if he really haxes. Then i would ban him if i get my proofs.

Why do you want to be a GM for Magical-MS :
I wanna be a gm cause im like nice to people, active and want to help other peoples much :3 Also i wanna catch haxors. :]
And yeah. I noticed too that there are absolute no gms from Europe. So when peoples log in from here there are no gms usually on. Thats why atleast there should be 1-2 from europe~ Not that im the one who will be choosed im just saying :3! And im bored to just sit in fm and train.~

Hah i allmost told everything. So. Active, nice and helping person :3 I dont usually complain about anything. I dont get mad to peoples imidiedly if they start fooling around or calling me with names. Like Ryahn sayd down there o.o

If there was a poll I would go for no.
Host many events, Dude they must be limited.
And Lei is right when he told me must of our GM's our useless and they do nothing other then be a GM.
By that I mean they don't know how to code, Gfx or even though there are like 4 GM's on I had to spam @callgm like 10 times because I had a problem and the GM's where just in FM talking shit and going on more with there love life.

I totally agree with uniquejob, GMs are ALWAYS fooling in FM, they are unexpirienced (some of them), and they make events every 10 minutes.

Well i agree with that some just fuk around, and that will be fixed or ppl will get demoted. Most of the time our GMs do there job.

Well. Just to say. I wont be that kind of Gm who just sits around fm doing absolutely nothing to help community grow. Some peoples really quit the server cause Gm's are not answering theiir questions or help them to fix something. I will help em in the best way that i can.

Josh to get your GMs to do their job, do this: (I didn't wanted to say this like ordering it)

FIRST:
Make a poll on forums to see which GMs are doing a bad job.

SECOND:
Make an activeness check. (See which GMs are active.)

THIRD:
Plan a GM meeting to talk to the GMs about the things people said about them in the poll.

FOURTH:
Demote the inactive GMs and the unexpirienced GMs.

FIFTH:
Pick new GMs, I suggest you to have at least 5 GMs because of the amount of people.

well we have like 6 GMs, 3 dev a GFX and 3 admins maybe 2 head GMs, my memory is fuzzy on that. We tend to work real well together, no one argues. If we are lacking in the helping player im sorry. We are working hard on christmas events and player that cant log on. No more talking on Leafs gm app, if you want to continue this convo we can but not in this topic.

yeha i have kinda noticed that but to me their events are weak as crap, im sorry but i could make a better gm same with leaf i always see her on, and im always on, im sorry to say but the gms are making the server feel like crap.

Well i think that they have started thinking about the event before they make one. I have enjoyed the last events because the prices have been better than usual. And they have really listened about what we want as events. :3

Didnt really get that "better gm" thing. So u think u could make a better Gm than me or equal? D:

Most of our time is being put in to fixing bugs. Some of us are leaving and most of the GM were demoted... We trying to make the server fun for everyone.

thats good the post above me, and plus leaf if we work together we can make the server rockin :3

Now there's one more great idea, making events as a team makes it easier (not that some GM's wouldn't make teams).
