IF i catch anyone with a rank less than admin, unbanning anyone at all that applied for an appeal, or did not apply for an appeal, there will be a warning, then a demotion. ONLY >ADMIN can accept an appeal also. ******* IT IS NOW MANDATORY TO TAKE AN SS IF YOU ARE BANNING SOMEONE
