Can't place points in 3rd job

Exactly what the subject says I cannot place points in my 3rd job skills It always tells me I'm missing 1st or 2nd job skills... at first I thought maybe this is right so I leveled to 71 and it still continued to tell me I'm missing skills.

Click Fix KoC 3rd Job Skills. (Something like that)

I heard something about one of the GMs saying the 3rd job skills didn`t work for KoC but i`ve met alot of new people who have it working fine, like the guy above me said just talk to the fat white bear in the FM and choose the KoC 3rd job skill option, if that doesn`t work then @callgm in-game and tell a GM about it directly, they`ll tell Junior or something or even fix it.

Are you cygnus? if so go to polarbear in fm and do max skill for cygnus 3rd job if not maybe dispose? leave ur party if ur in one.. pot or something..

xD i had same problem with my hermit couldnt add my points after i did my 4th job i just lvled 2more times then it worked lol
